DECLUTTER SUPPORT AND HOME SYSTEMISATION
Our expert team of professional home organisers, counsellors, coaches, and assistants provide compassionate and non-judgmental practical assistance and therapeutic interventions when working with clients to empower people to declutter, downsize, and organise their space.
Lived experience matters. Our team is headed by Cat - an AuDHD mother to 5 neurodivergent kids, and registered counsellor with a background in education. Cat and her team apply lived experience with compassionate expertise to work with you to facilitate both environmental and behavioural changes to help you reach your goals. Whether you are experiencing complex challenges around clutter and organisation, you wish to downsize, or you simply would like perfectly curated and aesthetically pleasing cupboard spaces, we are here to help create a home space that not only looks good, but feels functional and easy to maintain.
-
Home Systemisation
We create and implement home organisation systems that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and maintainable.
We also offer post-moving unpacking, systemisation and setup.
-
Overcome Challenges
Feel supported during sessions with an experienced Professional Organiser, Counsellor, or Declutter Coach, as you are guided and safely supported throughout the process of overcoming the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that can lead to excessive accumulation and chronic disorganisation.
-
Routine Implementation
We help create processes, routines, and schedules within the home which help clients improve their executive function and facilitate functional improvement within their home.
-
Hazardous Environment Intervention
We can intervene in domestic settings which are hazardous, chronically disorganised, and/or unsafe and get systems in place which will work to build client capacity and prevent further functional decline.
-
Safety First: A Therapeutic Approach
We blend a practical approach with therapeutic intervention to build psychological capacity, by implementing a fusion of Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Schema Therapy to help clients feel calm and supported while they work toward any behavioural changes that will enable them to reach their goals.
-
Neuro-Affirming and Trauma-Informed
Our team work gently and at a pace that is safe for each client, making changes to routines, behaviours, and environments.
We wholeheartedly embrace all neurotypes. If you have any sensory preferences which can help us deliver a service you are more comfortable with, please let us know when you schedule a session with us.

It's almost impossible to estimate how long each home will take to declutter and systemise. In our experience, when working with clients who are not experiencing hoarding behaviours, our aim is to complete one space in one to two sessions. For example, a bedroom, or a wardrobe, or a laundry, or a pantry etc.
