Group Therapy Sessions
Group therapy sessions are created by Cat, a qualified teacher and registered counsellor, and facilitated by Cat with the help of her wonderful team of assistants.
Group sessions offer a warm, welcoming, safe, and nurturing environment, with a strong focus on empowerment, peace, and grounding support.
Each small group session is carefully designed to focus on a specific aspect of each persons unique journey, and offers a safe space to grow, share, and heal with like minded people.
Group Therapy Sessions
Created by a qualified teacher and registered counsellor and facilitated by a counsellor or therapy assistant, our group therapy sessions are the perfect opportunity to find your crew. During sessions, we do hands on activities - and follow wherever our hearts take us! Discussions are open (share what you're comfortable with) and you'll be guided through different strategies and techniques to help improve your emotional and mental wellbeing.
We offer something for all ages - with therapy sessions tailored to different age groups.
You're able to book in for our group therapy sessions by following the links below. Once you've registered, you will receive an invoice via email (check your junk folder if it doesn't come through within 48 hours!). If you're claiming through your NDIS plan, please get in touch with Cat via return email.
Group sessions are run in our Kyneton studio, and spaces are limited. We have set up the studio to be comfortable and practical, with heaters and blankets - but if you run cold make sure you dress warmly! PJs and dressing gowns are totally okay!!
Upcoming Workshops

Crafty Time with Cat and Kim - Adults Uncensored
All the kids are getting the fun activities these school holidays. But what about us? What about the parents?
We are losing our minds!
Join Cat and Kim for some unfiltered conversations, meditation, and crafty time.
Bring your best, most authentic self and make connections with other like minded mothers and non binary parents. We will talk shit, create some polymer clay fridge magnets (totally doesn't matter if they're a bit dodgy!), paint our creations if needed, do some meditation, share our rage stories, and just get some quality 'me time'.
Held in Kyneton, there is plenty of on street parking. It is a 'wear your PJs' situation.
ADHD and Autism friendly.
Because Cat is ADHD as shit, she has left advertising this til the last minute. If we don't get minimum numbers then you will be emailed/texted prior to the event to notify you of cancellation.
